East Tennessee State University

Awarded: May 06, 2021  |  Bachelor of Science in Computing, concentration in Information Technology

During highschool I took 3 advanced placement-style courses, staging me to transfer 9 credit hours into my freshman year. In 2017 I was named the DAR Good Citizen and President of the Student Council.

The majority of my collegiate studies focused on programming, ranging from Java, C# apps, to Advanced Web Design (HTML, CSS, MVC, Razor, etc.) and the accompanying data concepts. And amidst general studies, with a concentration in Information Technology, I took a number of courses related to unix, pc setup, sysadmin, and server side programming.

Towards the final year or two, as my course schedule opened itself up to electives, I opted to take a few new-to-me classes such as Ethical Hacking, Psychology, Sociology, and Information Security & Assurance. These specifically are what truly piqued my curiosity in the cyber world and educating people.
